Pricing

How did you come up with those prices?!

After extensive research the current market has standard residential painting ranging from $4-$20 per square foot and muralists at $15-$45 per square foot so I tried to find a fair balanced rate.

For special cases I am willing to negotiate price when:

•The customer already purchased the paint.

•The design is smaller and only covers a small area of a wall.

•I AM WILLING TO NEGOTIATE BUT WILL NOT CUT CORNERS

Quality over quantity

I specialize in both product information and professional finishes when it comes to painting. Working for both Sherwin Williams and multiple residential paint companies in 4 different states I know both sides of the counter. My preferred choice of paint is Sherwin Williams Duration for its workability, longevity, tough performance and wash ability (EVEN IN A MATTE FINISH). I refuse to give into “one coat” paints so I require a 2+ coat finish depending on the color.

A single can of Duration runs for $69.99 retail but I only charge $50 per gallon (until I achieve better commercial pricing with the company)

When it comes to scale my price starts at $5 per square foot no matter the size of the project

*price increases depending on the complexity of the design
